  • MEDICARE- you may have acupuncture coverage with your Medicare plan, but that does not mean Skamania Acupuncture will be able to bill Medicare. Medicare is now reimbursing for acupuncture for chronic low back pain, BUT NOT IF PERFORMED BY AN ACUPUNCTURIST (only doctors or nurse practitioners).

  • Skamania Acupuncture does not accept the following insurances: Cigna (effective 12/15/2023), TriWest/ VA, Molina, Amerigroup, Moda, Washington L&I, any OR Work-Comp, or personal injury/ car accident plans.
